Our working day runs 08:30–18:00 China time (GMT+8), Monday to Saturday. If you write from Latin America, your message is normally answered by the time you start the next working day; buyers in the Middle East and South Asia usually hear back the same day.

Visiting the plant
Buyers are welcome to visit or send a third-party inspector. Tell us your dates in advance so the people you need are on site — Weifang is roughly a two-hour drive from Qingdao airport.
Sending a specification?
The enquiry form carries drawings up to 20 MB and asks for the details that make a quotation accurate the first time — alloy, temper, dimensions, finish, tolerances and target lead time.
