Frequently asked questions
Do you supply the diffuser cover as well as the aluminium channel?
We can supply the extruded channel with a matching diffuser cover. Tell us the strip and cover you use, or send a sample, and we quote them together.
Can you cut the channels to our fixture lengths?
Yes — cut-to-length and end machining are done in-house, so channels arrive at your fixture lengths ready to fit. Send the lengths and quantities with the RFQ.
Will the channel fit our LED strip?
We extrude the internal cavity to your strip width and height, so the strip seats correctly and the cover clips on. Send the strip dimensions or a sample and we confirm the fit before production.
Which finish should we choose for visible channels?
Mill and anodized (silver, black or custom) are available. For visible architectural fixtures an anodized finish is usually specified for appearance and durability — tell us the look you need.
