Anodizing or powder coating — which is more durable?
Anodizing integrates a hard oxide layer into the metal and gives a metallic look; powder coating adds a durable colour layer with a wider colour range. The right choice depends on exposure and appearance — tell us the application and we advise.
Can you match a specific RAL colour?
Powder coating can be matched to RAL references or a supplied sample. Send the colour reference or a sample and we confirm before running the batch.
Can you coat profiles we send, or only ones you extrude?
Both. We finish your own profiles as a coating service, and we can also extrude and finish in one place. Tell us the source and the finish and we quote accordingly.
Do you provide coating-thickness reports?
Yes — coating-thickness testing is part of our QC and reports are available on request. Tell us the class or thickness the specification requires and we work to it.
