Enquiry data you send us through the RFQ form: name, company, country, email, phone (optional), your requirement details and any drawings you attach. This is business contact data you choose to share so we can quote.

Technical usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate region) — only if you accept cookies on the consent banner. If you choose “Essential only”, no analytics or advertising cookies are set.

If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, that conversation is handled by those services under their own terms.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations, to run the business relationship that may follow, to improve the website, and — with your consent — to measure which of our advertising channels brought you here.

We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing email you have not asked for.
