Applications

Module frames

Extruded frames fitted to the PV module itself — protecting the laminate edge and standardising how the module mounts.

Module protection — Module frames, Solar module frames & mounting systems

Module protection

Frame profiles that seal and protect the laminate edge against handling and weather.

Standardised mounting — Module frames, Solar module frames & mounting systems

Standardised mounting

Corner keys and mounting holes machined to the module maker's spec.

Clamp compatibility — Module frames, Solar module frames & mounting systems

Clamp compatibility

Frame sections sized for standard mid- and end-clamps.

Mounting / racking systems

Structural rails and supports that carry the array on a roof or on the ground — sized for the site's wind and snow load.

Rooftop mounting — Mounting / racking systems, Solar module frames & mounting systems

Rooftop mounting

Rails and clamps for pitched and flat roof arrays.

Ground-mount racking — Mounting / racking systems, Solar module frames & mounting systems

Ground-mount racking

Structural rails and supports for ground-mounted arrays at a set tilt angle.

Load-bearing structure — Mounting / racking systems, Solar module frames & mounting systems

Load-bearing structure

Sections sized for the project's wind and snow load.

From enquiry to production

01

Feasibility check

We confirm the frame or rail section, wall and alloy suit the load and are within our press range.

02

Fabrication & finishing

We agree cutting, corner/hole machining and the anodized or mill finish (machining and finishing are in-house services).

03

QC & documentation

We confirm dimensional and coating checks and any material or load documentation your project needs.

Secondary machining and finishing are handled as in-house services — CNC & machining · Finishing.

Frequently asked questions

Module frames or mounting/racking — do you supply both?

Yes, both from one supplier. Module frames fit the PV laminate itself; mounting/racking is the structure that carries the array. Tell us which line you need — or both — and we quote each against its own spec.

For module frames, do you supply finished frames or just the profile?

We can supply bare profiles or frames machined for corner keys and mounting holes, ready to assemble. Tell us the module drawing and whether you want cut-and-machined sets or plain lengths.

For mounting/racking, how do you handle wind and snow load?

The rail section and wall are sized to the project's wind and snow load. Share the site load case and array layout and we confirm the section and alloy — load figures are set to your project spec, not a generic number.

Clear or black anodize for module frames?

Both are available. Black anodize is common on modules for appearance; clear anodize is a durable standard finish. We can match the shade to your module maker's specification.
