Should I use T-slot aluminium or welded steel framing?
T-slot aluminium bolts together and can be reconfigured without welding, which suits jigs, machine guarding and lines that change over time. Choose steel only where you need higher load capacity or heat resistance than aluminium provides.
Can you cut, drill and tap the profiles so they arrive ready to assemble?
Yes. Cutting, drilling, tapping and machining for connectors are done in-house, so profiles ship ready to bolt together. Send the frame drawing and we confirm the operations with the quote.
Will the profiles fit standard T-slot nuts and connectors?
We extrude to your specified slot series, so standard nuts, brackets and connectors fit. Send a sample or the series designation and we confirm compatibility before production.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the profile and finish rather than a fixed figure. Send your sizes and quantities and we give you a specific minimum and price for your case.
