Frequently asked questions
Can you extrude to our own curtain wall system, or only standard profiles?
We extrude to your die or drawing, so we can match your system's mullion and transom sections. Send the profile drawings or a sample and we confirm feasibility and tooling before production.
Anodized or powder-coated for a façade — which should we specify?
Both are done in-house. Anodizing gives a durable metallic finish; powder coating gives a wider colour range to RAL. For a specific project we can advise based on the exposure and the warranty you need.
Do you supply coating-thickness and dimensional reports for the project file?
Yes — dimensional inspection and coating-thickness testing are part of our QC, and third-party certification is available on request. Tell us which documents the specification calls for.
Can you hold delivery to our site programme?
We plan production against your build phases when you share the schedule. Send the quantities and required dates with the RFQ and we confirm the lead time.
