02 / Components

A coordinated set of profiles

Start with posts and infill, then add covers and the accessories your layout requires.

01

76 × 76 mm posts

Single-channel and three-channel options. Choose by connection direction and material requirements.

02

Horizontal infill profiles

40, 60, 80, 100 and 150 mm widths in the confirmed profile range; reinforced options for 100 and 150 mm sections. Final selection depends on the project.

03

Covers & spacers

One matching cover profile closes channels and can be cut into spacing blocks.

04

Post caps & base trim

Pyramid caps and two-piece base covers finish the illustrated system. Matching base plates and fixings are specified per project.

Read the assembly sequence

  1. Select the post arrangement and base fixing for the site.
  2. Arrange infill profiles and cut spacers for the chosen gaps.
  3. Review top and bottom fixing, channel covers and caps.
  4. Confirm accessory dimensions and installation details before production.

05 / Finishes

Start with the profile. Add the processing you need.

Order aluminum profiles and combine the operations your application requires in the same quotation.

Small-section extrusion

Small cross-section aluminum profiles for compact designs. Send the section drawing, alloy, wall thickness and required length for a feasibility review.

Small-batch color anodizing

Blue, red, yellow, green, purple and black color options for small-batch projects. Specify the quantity per color and provide a color sample or reference.

Powder coating is also available as a finish for fence profiles; specify the color and quantity per color in your quotation request.

Processing to your drawing

Cutting, hole milling, drilling, welding and stretch bending can be quoted with your profiles. Include hole positions, bend geometry and assembly requirements.

Minimum section size, wall thickness, batch quantity and processing feasibility are confirmed from your drawing. Anodized shades depend on alloy, surface condition and sample approval; white finishes require confirmation of the finishing process.

For your quotation: section drawing · quantity by profile and color · cut lengths · machining or bending drawing · finish reference.

Before you specify the system

Can I mix widths and gaps?

Yes. Wide and narrow infill can be combined, with close-packed and spaced areas in the same bay. Spacers are cut from the matching channel-cover profile.

Which post should I choose?

The 76 × 76 mm single-channel post suits a single connection direction. The three-channel post supports different connection directions. Confirm the layout and fixing requirements for the project.

Can the system use glass or PVC panels?

HJKS09 side frames pair with HJKS13 upper and HJKS08 lower profiles. The confirmed revised slots are 6.5 mm; panel thickness, bonding and fit must be reviewed together.

Are gate hardware and installation dimensions fixed?

No. Gate profile sections are shown for selection. Hinges, locks, nut plates and project fixing details need confirmation; the illustrations are not an installation manual.

Can I order profiles with machining and colour finishing?

Send the section, quantities, cut lengths and finish reference. Cutting, drilling, milling and other processing can be reviewed with the profile order. MOQ and lead time are confirmed after review.

How do I turn a fence layout into a profile order?

Send a bay-by-bay sketch with clear widths, post positions, overall height and connection directions. List each infill width, gap and cut length, then add channel covers, cut spacers, post caps and base accessories. Separate any gates from fixed fence bays. Quantities and fixing details are reviewed before quotation.

Which parts change between a fixed fence and a gate?

A fixed fence uses posts and horizontal infill, with fixing at the top and bottom infill members. A gate uses HJKS10 on its two vertical sides; each horizontal member is screw-connected. HJKS12 is the full-height stop on the lock-side HJKS09 jamb. Do not reuse a fixed-bay cutting list as a gate bill of materials.

What should I specify for the finish and packing?

Provide the finishing process, colour reference and quantity per colour for posts, infill and covers. Identify surfaces that must match, machining or masking needs and whether profiles are supplied as full bars or cut parts. Request labelled packing by bay or model where needed; samples and supply scope are confirmed per order.
